Elizer Darris is the Co-Executive Director of the Minnesota Freedom Fund, an organization that disrupts the predatory practices of criminal bail and immigration bonds.

 
 

Clifton Spinner

Clifton Spinner is Franklin University’s Executive Director of Safety and Security Services. He is a former commander from the Ohio State Highway Patrol where he completed a distinguished twenty-eight year career in law enforcement. Clifton attended college at West Liberty University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He earned his Master’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati.

Vernon Pringle

Vernon Pringle is Manager of Safety and Security Services at Franklin University. He is a former Assistant Post Commander from The Ohio State Highway Patrol where he completed a distinguished twenty-five year career in law enforcement. Vernon attended college at Franklin University where he earned an Associate and Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice Administration.

 

John J. Choi

John Choi was sworn in as the first Korean-American chief prosecutor in the country in 2011. Since taking office as Ramsey County Attorney, John has become a state and national leader in progressive justice reform, working with public officials and impacted communities to reimagine justice and the role of prosecutors.

 
 

Dr. Chenelle Jones

Dr. Chenelle Jones is the Assistant Dean of Community Engagement, and Chair of the Public Safety Programs at Franklin University. She serves as the National Director of Research for the Teen and Police Service (TAPS) Academy, a federally funded program designed to reduce social distance between police officers and youth.
